Kaelynn and Miranda are amazing, such a welcoming, professional, and comfortable environment. Kaelynn and Miranda both went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable with the approach and skin treatments, I also felt like they gave me so many options about things I can do outside of the clinic/procedures instead of just up-selling me or trying to get me to purchase a bunch of products. From consult to post-op, the team has been nothing but top notch! Explained everything very thoroughly, answered all questions. Melissa is the cutest and sweetest thing ever!!! She makes you feels so special!!! Kaelynn and Veronica were so helpful to me post-op in answering any questions I emailed them. And most importantly, Dr. Saldana is the kindest, sweetest doctor with the best bedside manner. Other doctors could learn a lot from him in that regard. I never felt rushed at appointments. He delivers what he says he will do. I trusted and valued his recommendations because just talking to him you know he’s in this field to make people feel better about themselves. I had a BBL and Moxi treatment at  Plastic Surgery Center of Duluth.   Miranda was so good at explaining the differences and benefits of each treatment while also walking me through each step of the treatment.  Her guidance about what to expect after and how to care for my skin was clear and straightforward. I had the absolute best experience with Missy during my BBL and Moxi treatment. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and she explained every step of the process so I felt completely at ease. The treatment itself was something I’ve never done. Missy’s gentle approach and expertise truly set her apart. She explained everything to keep my anxiety at bay. My skin already looks and feels incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results have one treatment. If you’re considering BBL or Moxi, I can’t recommend Missy enough. I am so thrilled with my face lift, fat grafting and derm abrasion. I never thought I could look this good. I’m only 3 weeks out and the whole process was so easy. Choosing Dr. Saldana and his team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first consultation, I felt supported, respected, and truly heard. I came in a little nervous, but well-informed about the procedure I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured or “sold to”—instead, the entire team was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. They took the time to make sure I was 100% comfortable and confident in my decisions before moving forward, and that level of care meant the world to me. During the procedure, they truly listened to all of my goals and “wants,” and the results reflect that perfectly—I’m absolutely thrilled. What really stood out was how present and available they were every step of the way. In the past year I have had two procedures by Dr. Saldaña. One was a blepharoplasty and the other was a mini tummy tuck with lipo. I hit the jackpot on my choice of doctor.   Not ever having any type of plastic surgery, I had to trust my doctor and his staff for my care. They were excellent in skill, professionalism and care. I had a BBL and Moxi treatment by Missy!!! I was absolutely shocked how clear and baby soft my skin was after. I had a lot of dark spots from sun damage and it cleared them all up. It also treated some of my fine lines. My skin feels tighter, smoother and softer. I would highly recommend this treatment!!!
